From Nexters to Boomers, this at times whimsical, and at times technical book is certainly not fluff. Surveys taken on Facebook, and from hundreds of professionals, students, retirees and more, show prejudices lurking (not so far) beneath the surface. So what? Learn how the generations can learn to live and work together.

-Businesses are scrambling to “understand” the generations
-This book looks at the “problem” of generations in a new way – from 1st person comments
-Fresh concepts from an expert on social psychology

Psycho Generations is the book that all managers, educators, parents, and administrators need to understand their youthful workforce. And at the same time, it’s a great way for Generations X and Y to pick up on the subtle intricacies of their bosses, and their older employees (in the case of young managers and bosses).

In a changing business and educational world, there are 4 generations in play, spanning in birthdate from the 1930s to the 1990s. And they are, as never before, privy to the same jobs and level of respect within corporations. Psycho Generations delves into each generation, fleshing out the commonalities between them, as well as the tension points. And Dr. Molidor always ends with a “So What?,” suggesting solutions and small changes that can make a big difference.

The book is both meaningful and fun, and is chock full of stories, anecdotes, and first person comments from each “psycho” generation!
